The .45 ACP/9mm Vigil, available in four models, is a more affordable ($1,298) entry into the Dan Wesson lineup. Other models include the 7-round Vigil CCO ($1,298), the 8-round Vigil Commander ($1,298) and the 8-round Vigil Suppressor Ready with raised night sights, threaded barrel and thread-on muzzle protector ($1,397). Vigil pistols are built on a forged aluminum frame with stainless slide, skeletonized hammers, thin wood grips, ventilated triggers and standard 1911 controls. The slides wear fixed tritium sights front and rear night sights Frontstraps are checkered at 25 LPI, as are the rear. The standard Vigil model features a rounded butt for comfortable carry, matte black duty finish and extended beavertail grip safety.
