New for 2024, B&T USA has released a new HUB compatible (1.375x24TPI) line of Rotex rifle suppressors available in either bomb-proof 718 inconel or 100% Titanium. The weight of the 762 Ti version blew our socks off, tipping the scales at just 6.9 ounces for the full-size model. Each suppressor is available in either compact or full-size lengths, while both are entirely 3-D printed and weldless.

The Rotex 762 Full Size Titanium is the ideal choice when weight savings is priority number one. 40% lighter than its 718 Inconel brethren, the Rotex Ti offers substantial weight savings yet maintains the same high performance you’ve come to expect from our Rotex line of suppressors, which is exceptional sound suppression capabilities, extreme durability, and longevity — all while providing industry-leading sound and flash reduction. The Rotex Ti is barely there, providing minimal deviation in point-of-aim/point-of-impact. Given the nature of Titanium, B&T recommends its use on platforms that see lower-volume firing schedules that are more precision-oriented, such as SPRs and bolt-action rifles. The 762 Ti full-size weighs just 6.9 ounces with a direct thread HUB and just 10.4 ounces with the included Rotex-SF QD HUB. All Rotex 7.62 suppressors are magnum-rated.
