Trijicon Credo 1-10×28

Trijicon Credo 1-10×28 ($2,150)

Long known for its battle-proven combat optics and bomb-proof miniature red dot sights, Trijicon continues to innovate within the highly competitive low-power variable-optic segment. The current upper echelon of the variable-power sphere is the coveted double-digit magnification range, a ring that Trijicon has thrown its hat into with its new-for-2024 Credo 1-10×28. The competition just got a little more fierce.

The 1-10x Credo steps up to the plate and smacks the reticle choice right over the fence. The segmented circle enhanced reticle is one of our favorites and provides an ideal balance of fast reticle acquisition and long-range precision in a first focal plane optic. It appears as a bright red (or green) dot, but as the power ring is increased, the reticle grows to provide the shooter with an extremely useable ranging reticle, complete with lead and windage holds, without ever having to touch the dials. The multi-coated, anti-reflective glass paired with a 34mm tube presents a bright and crystal-clear sight picture during low-light conditions, and an extra wide field-of-view and generous eye relief make sure you’re on target quickly.

While the Credo is a little on the hefty size at 21 ounces, given its capability, power range, level of durability, and cross-platform uses it offers, the weight is of little consequence, especially true on a hybrid carbine, on which this optic truly shines.
