Nextorch Saint Torch 31
There are illumination tools, and then there are ILLUMINATION TOOLS. Marketed as a search and rescue light, the Nextorch Saint Torch 31 puts out a retina-searing 20,000 lumens of ultra-bright LED throw — an experience best described as harnessing the ability to turn the sun on with a button. Pair that with an up-to 81-hour runtime from its lithium-ion battery pack, advanced electronics, the ability to serve as a USB charging bank, and rugged aluminum construction, and we have what equates to an On Target Editors’ Choice Award-winning product.
Basic illumination settings of the Saint Torch 31 include Turbo (20,000 lumens / 2 hr, 15 min runtime), High (6,000 lumens / 3 hr, 30 min runtime), Medium (1,700 lumens / 8 hr, 30 min runtime), and Low (100 lumens / 81 hr runtime). Additional settings include strobe and S.O.S. Built-in LED battery indicators show how much juice is left in the tank.
The light is packaged in a nylon carry case, with notable accessories being a removable aluminum carry handle that doubles as a tripod mount, a fast charger, and waterproof covers for when the light is disassembled. The Saint Torch 31 is IPX7-rated waterproof (one meter for 30 minutes) and impact-resistant (one-meter drop tested).
