These new handguards are free float tubes featuring a triangular profile that conforms to the palm of your hand, giving you a secure and comfortable grip. The vented version provides a Picatinny top rail and KeyMod or MLOK slots along both upper sides, as well as a row of KeyMod or MLOK slots along the bottom to accommodate all manner of accessories, including bipods. The lower sides are adorned with the Luth-AR “Double L”, and Cartridge lightening/cooling cuts to further reduce weight and provide heat dissipation with a distinctive good look.
The Palm Handguard is a 6061-T6 Aluminum extrusion that is hard anodized in black. It comes with a barrel nut made from heat treated alloy steel with a manganese phosphate finish. Currently available in 15, 9 and 7-inch variants, weights vary by length and the extent of slots and ventilation cuts (the 15-inch is a very reasonable 13.80 oz.)
