Mossberg 590M Mag-Fed Professional Series Shotguns ($913 – $1074)

Mossberg announced the addition of two 590M Mag-Fed shotguns to the Professional Series, which means the guns have special finishes and features, undergo an enhanced quality-control process, and are optimized for performance.

The new pump-action 12-gauge shotguns, which feed from a detachable double-stack magazine, have a Tungsten Cerakote finish on the barrel, action, and magazine tube and are available with black or orange furniture. Heavy-wall, cylinder-bore barrels are 18.5 inches in length. The guns have a metal ghost ring rear sight and fiber optic front sight with low-profile protective wings, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting optics. Two stock options use spacers to customize length of pull. Magpul SGA stocks are adjustable in 0.5-inch increments and are paired with a Magpul MOE forend with front/rear hand stops and M-LOK slots for accessories. Compact stocks have a one-inch adjustment insert and a corncob-style forend.

The guns come with one 10-round magazine. Additional magazines with 5-, 10-, 15- and 20-round capacity are sold separately. Standard features include dual extractors, steel-to-steel lockup, twin action bars, and top-mounted ambidextrous safety.
