Available with matte black or stainless-steel slide, the new SAR9 9mm striker-fired pistol may be the most rigorously tested pistol ever developed. It endured 130° F baking to simulate desert conditions, -50° F for arctic use, salt fog, high altitude, 24 hours of rain, solar radiation, fouling, drop tests and 150,000 rounds of live fire in the factory. Police later ran their own 50,000 round test, while a NATO test against major manufacturers from Austria, German and the U.S. ran 90,000 rounds, with the SAR9 the clear winner. Features include a 4.4-inch barrel, polymer frame, three interchangeable back straps, low barrel axis, Glock-like trigger safety, ambidextrous manual safety, low-profile fixed sights, front and rear slide serrations, external extractor/ejector, 3-slot equipment rail and 17+1 round capacity. Empty weight is 27.1 oz. and overall length is 7.5 inches. Contact SAR USA; Tel.: (833) 727-4867; Web:
