The all-new BDS9 was designed and built to exceed all expectations — speed, performance, and reliability — all while looking good in the process. The slide features heavy angle cuts and slide lightening ports, which allow the slide to cycle quicker, leading to faster splits and a sight plane that remains on target. The BDS comes with Nighthawk’s Interchangeable Optics System (IOS), allowing shooters to quickly and easily switch from an iron-sight equipped pistol to an optic, all while maintaining their zero. This also enables competitive shooters to run the same pistol in multiple divisions.

The slide and frame have been coated in an attractive silver DLC finish, while the barrel and all controls have been given a deep black DLC for a sleek and classy contrast. The aluminum grip module features Nighthawk’s new aggressive texture, providing a tactile grip regardless of climate or condition, and has been anodized black to provide long-lasting durability. The BDS9 is available exclusively in a double-stack configuration (17+1 capacity) and chambered only in 9mm. The 5-inch match-grade barrel has been crowned and cut flush with the slide for both show and go. The full-length rail adds weight down low where you want it, while on the flip side, the Heinie Black Ledge rear sight is paired with a bright red fiber-optic front sight for optimal target acquisition, offering a solid speed and accuracy ratio.
